Voting Power: 1 IDIOT = 1 vote. Your voting power is proportional to your holdings.
Proposal Threshold: Need 1M IDIOT to create a proposal (prevents spam).
Voting Period: Each proposal has a 7-day voting period.
Quorum: 10% of total supply must participate for a vote to be valid.
Execution: Passed proposals are executed by the multisig after a 2-day timelock.
